Arrival and Departure Policy
Check-in Timings – 1400 Hours early arrival is always subject to availability. For confirmed booking of a room, the reservations need to be made a night before the arrival.
Check-out Timings – 1200 Hours, late checkouts are available only on request by the customer.
Identity Proof
Looking into the government policies and rules, we request all our visitors to carry identity proof for check-in. foreign nationals must have to carry their passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any type of identity proof such as – aadhar card, driving license, voter ID card, passport, etc.
Guarantee Policy
All bookings are acceptable with a credit card and a guarantee is available at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
The reservation must be canceled 72 hours before the arrival date. A small amount of cancellation fee will be incurred that will be equivalent to a single night accommodation price.
Whereas reservations made through promotional offers with full deposit are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Once the cancellation request has been confirmed by the guest, then the hotel will contact immediately the bank for transferring the remaining funds. Usually, it takes 3-5 working days for the refund to be delivered to the guest’s account and it completely depends on the type of bank. And the refunded amount will get reflected in your account at the time of the next billing cycle of the credit card.
Guarantee and Cancellation Policy
For room reservations
Our hotel understands that plans do change sometimes. If you have to cancel your booking then it is advisable to do it before 30 days. If the cancellation is not done within 30 days or less, then a small retention amount will be charged. The retention amount will be deducted in such a way that it will be charged every night with the total number of days the stay was planned.
Child Policy
Two children up to 11 years of age can stay in a room and no extra charges will be charged for them. And a maximum of a single bed can be provided in a room at no additional charge.
One child over the age of 8 and less than 12 can stay in the parent’s room and the charge for an extra bed will be taken if it is requested.
If a child is of age more than 12, then the parents have to book a separate room at the exact price of the room.
Extra Benefits
- If you need a specific type of bed or smoking preference, we will try our best to provide you with the service.
- If you need an extra bed in the room, then we will add it at a specific rate that is set for everyone.
- We also provide free stay for kids below the age of 12 and two children can stay in a single room without paying additionally for the service.
No Smoking
As per the Indian government, Smoking is strictly prohibited in hotels and restaurants. But, if you need this type of assistance, then please inform the hotel staff on a prior basis and a separate room will be arranged for the guests.
Cancellation Policy
- Booking stand confirm only against Advance payment.
- If Cancellation is made between 30-20 days – 20% of the total package will be charged as retention.
- If Cancellation is made between 19-15 days – 50% of the total package will be charged as retention.
- If Cancellation is made between 14-0 days – 100% of the total package will be charged as retention.
- If any booking is made and cancelled between 14-0 days – 100% of the total package will be charged as retention
- In case of No Show, 100% retention equivalent to total room nights booked will be charged.
- Any amendment of dates for a guaranteed reservation within 14 days may invite retention.
- Process of refund takes 30-45 days from the date of receiving valid document/ reason for cancelation.
