The elaborate seven-dish spread known as wazwan – made up of various Persian flavoured meat and vegetarian dishes is not to be missed on a trip to Kashmir. Similarly you can also enjoy some of Kashmir’s lighter fare such as afternoon khawa green tea with freshly baked sweet biscuits and czochworu, a ‘bagel’ topped with sesame seeds, loved by Kashmiris and tourists alike.
